(2) Spot 5% + 15% DP over 36 months + 80% bank — 5% outright discount, spot 5% down, 15% spread over 36 months, 80% bank at 9% p.a. (5, 10, or 15-year terms). (3) Regular: 20% DP over 36 months + 80% bank at 9% p.a. In-house financing is available if bank financing is not approved. PAG-IBIG is not accepted for Brittany projects.
