Siena is a Crown Asia house-and-lot community in Bacoor City's NOMO district — 5.9 hectares of Tuscan-inspired residential land where the streets are wider and the pace is quieter than most Metro South projects at this price point.

The subdivision has 159 lots across a landscaped estate. All units are house-and-lot, with three two-storey models: Sapphire (110 sqm floor area), Francesco (142 sqm floor area), and Lladro (211 sqm floor area). Lot sizes start at 165 sqm. Preselling prices run from ₱26.7M to ₱38.7M depending on lot cut and model. Target turnover is Q2 2028.

The development sits 19 to 25 meters above sea level — meaningful flood buffer in a Cavite market where low-lying properties regularly flood during typhoon season. This is a site characteristic, not a marketing angle, and it holds value across decades.

NOMO is the quietest of Villar City's residential districts. The NOMO Vista Lifestyle Center — AllHome, AllDay Supermarket, and Vista Cinemas — is already operational within the district. Established Crown Asia communities surround the area: Citta Italia, Vita Toscana, Vivace, Vittoria, and Ponticelli Gardens. Molino Boulevard connects westward toward Bacoor's commercial centers; Daang Hari runs south toward Dasmariñas.

From Siena, Molino Boulevard is the primary daily artery — connecting to Bacoor's commercial centers, SM City Bacoor, and the broader Cavite road network. The MCX (Muntinlupa-Cavite Expressway) is roughly 15 minutes by car, the most direct route toward Alabang and SLEX.
